B.Com., ACA. Chartered Accountant with experience in accounting, taxation and audit. Prior to joining practice, she worked in the corporate sector and also served as a college lecturer teaching Accounts and Taxation, guiding students on academic and practical aspects of finance. She has experience in project handling, financial documentation and taxation assignments, contributing to the firm’s professional services in audit and compliance.

CA Jigna Shah, (Partner)

B.Com., FCA with 20+ years of professional experience in audit, taxation and financial advisory services. She holds ICAI certifications in Concurrent Audit of Banks, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD). She has extensive experience in handling and signing bank audit assignments including Statutory Branch Audits, Revenue Audits and Stock & Receivable Audits. She also specializes in direct and indirect tax advisory, handling scrutiny assessments, representation in ITAT and GST matters, return filing and ensuring regulatory compliances for clients across various sectors and also Tax Audits, Gst audits and all other related work like CMA Report, Project Report etc

B.Com., Tax Practitioner with 15+ years of experience in taxation and compliance. He handles direct tax advisory, return filing and representation before tax authorities and has experience in bank audits including statutory branch audits, revenue audits and stock & receivable audits.
